What we can help with
- Choosing between capacities. Eighteen pounds of ice a day against thirty-five, an eight thousand BTU unit against a ten, a 1.7 cubic foot fridge against a 2.5.
- Whether a machine will physically fit. Sash windows and saddle units, cupboard clearance above a countertop ice maker, the wall depth a recessed fireplace needs.
- Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong capacity or a wrong finish is the error we most want reported, because those are the numbers people act on.
- Care and servicing questions: descaling, filter changes, draining a reservoir, storing a machine over a season.
What we cannot help with
We do not take payment or ship machines. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and a question about a delivery, a refund or a unit that arrived damaged has to go to the same place.
Reply times
We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because promising one we could not staff would be worse than not having it.
